Required Monthly Maintenance Reports
The following maintenance reports must be generated monthly, using either Item Group Editor or BLUEcloud Analytics.
 
Check your shelves and other appropriate areas for items listed on each of these reports. Check-in any items found.
Missing
Instructions
BLUEcloud Analytics Report
Items in missing will be removed from the system after 4 months.
Mending
Instructions
BLUEcloud Analytics Report
Items in mending will be removed from the system after 12 months.
Display
Instructions
BLUEcloud Analytics Report
Items belonging to other libraries can be on display for one loan period of 28 days with no renewals.
 
If you are unable to find a display item and the item belongs to your library, check the item out to your MISSING user. If the item belongs to another library, please contact that library to work out arrangements.
Damaged
Instructions
BLUEcloud Analytics Report
Damaged items will be removed from the system after 12 months.
Assumed & Claimed Lost
Instructions
BLUEcloud Analytics Report
Lost items that have been paid will be removed from the system after 12 months. 
Claims Returned
Instructions
BLUEcloud Analytics Report
Claims returned items will be removed from the system after 12 months.

Recommended Monthly Maintenance
User Holds to Expire Soon
Instructions
BLUEcloud Analytics Report
Holds expire after 9 months. Run the User Holds to Expire Soon report to see which holds are expiring soon, determine if there are still available copies, and extend the hold as needed.
