Required Monthly Maintenance Reports

The following cataloging maintenance reports must be generated monthly, using either Item Group Editor or BLUEcloud Analytics.

Current Location: AVAIL_SOON & CATALOGING

Check your shelves for items that have been in AVAIL_SOON or CATALOGING current location for over 30 days. 

Home Location: CATALOGING

Identify items with a Home Location of CATALOGING using Item Group Editor or BLUEcloud Analytics. Update the Home Location to the appropriate location. 

Item Type: UNKNOWN

Identify items that have an UNKOWN Item Type. Update the Item Type to the proper type.
