Required Monthly In Transit Report

In Transit Item Report

The List of Intransit Items [More Than 21 Days] by Item Library Report has been delivered to your WorkFlows logins and can be viewed in Finished Reports. 

 

The report is best viewed using Excel. Instructions on viewing reports in Excel can be viewed here.

 

  • Check your shelves for these items. Check in any items found.
  • If not found, contact the library where the item is in transit to/from to see if the item is on their shelves.

Beginning October 1, items in transit for over 60 days will be marked MISSING.

In Transit Item Claims

If the item has been in transit for over 30 days, SEO recommends submitting a claim through the State Library Customer Service Form.

Customer Service Form

After submitting your claim forms, please check the item out to your XYZMISSING user, where XYZ is your library code.

Damaged Items Claims

If your item is returned damaged, please complete a claim through the State Library Customer Service Form.

 

If another library’s item is received damaged, check the item out to the DAMAGED user with a note about the damage.

Customer Service Form

After completing the form, check the item out to your XYZMENDING or XYZDISCARD user, where XYZ is your library code.
